Beloved Ring/Double Head Ring

A ring with its own heartbeat, mismatched gemstones, a hand-twisted shank….two moods but definitely one of a kind…

A mix of history, intuition and play, I constructed each one of these rings in wax with two different heads, some have Georgian jewellery elements that are exclusive to Gilt Trip. I took a traditional jewellery setting and gave it a mismatched halo of gems that are a harmonious combination of colour and contrast. I twisted the shank to form its own unique pattern and structure.I still love the process of choosing the stones, pairing unexpected colours…that’s pure joy to me.

I’ve been making Beloved Rings for many years now, and they remain one of the designs closest to my heart. Each ring feels both new and familiar at once, yet entirely unique.

I never tire of making them, I love how each one becomes its own character…

I’ve paired a juicy pear shaped opal, that has a beautiful colour play, including greens, blues and orange with a delicious pink topaz, surrounded by pink tourmaline cabochons, vivid green and other fabulous coloured gems.

*please note these can bring stretched a touch to fit your preferred finger, but not by much….
