RETURNS POLICY

  • Please choose your GILT TRIP purchase carefully as there is no refund or exchange for change of mind or items that have been worn;

  • Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please do not remove any tags and do not try on items, especially earrings. Contact us at hello@gilttrip.com.au immediately and please include photos and a description of faulty or damaged item(s).

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC

All items purchased in Australia over A$250.00 will receive complimentary shipping (signature required)

All items under $250 will incur a A$15.00 shipping fee ( signature required)

All items will be insured via Australia Post.

 

INTERNATIONAL

All items will be shipped via FED EX or Australia Post and is charged at A$30.00 per shipment. Charges may be vary depending on location. Contact us for more information at hello@gilttrip.com.au

Please note, your order may be subject to import tax, custom duties and other fees and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  

Please ensure your postal address is correct prior to shipping as GILT TRIP is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.

GILT TRIP is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces of nature or other events outside of our control.

CARE AND CLEANING

To ensure your jewellery stays beautiful and lasts a lifetime, follow these helpful guidelines:

  • Apply any beauty products, such as perfumes, hairspray and deodorant before putting on your jewellery;

  • Please remove jewellery prior to swimming, showering , exercising or other activities that involve the use of chemicals;

  • Please store your jewellery in the packaging/boxes provided.

PRIVACY POLICY

Gilt Trip manages personal information in accordance with The Privacy Act (1988). This means that personal data is protected under the conditions relating to the processing of the data only.

Your personal information is saved only as long as it’s required to complete the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with any sales. It may be possible to save the data for longer if required to comply with legal requirements or to monitor the legal interests of Gilt Trip.
