SHIPPING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of Australia Post, it is no longer under the control of Gilt Trip. We do our best to ensure your parcel is securely packaged and shipped with tracking and signature on delivery, but we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit.
In the rare event that a parcel is lost or delayed, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number. All parcels are insured, and claims for lost items will need to be lodged through Australia Post.
INTERNATIONAL
All items will be shipped via FED EX or Australia Post and is charged at A$30.00 per shipment. Charges may be vary depending on location. Contact us for more information at hello@gilttrip.com.au

Please ensure your postal address is correct prior to shipping as GILT TRIP is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.
